But I'll see if my little thanksgiving story we be enough to make you guys a little jealous. So the feast was actually feasts (with an 's'). We had fun starting off with a little zone get together pot luck feast. We had Zone Conference and after, because every one brought their food assignments, we had a meal worthy of kings. Mashed potatoes, brownies, stuffing.. all that. Then turkey day round two was spent at home quarters. We came back from church and went to work: I'll just tell you right now. The all-time best meal I have ever taken part of thus far in my mission. Absolutely Incredible. We combined (elder buehner and I) our packages and it was a hands down, 5 star thanksgiving.
Man, theres just nothing like having a pumpkin spice bread, steaming hot from the oven fill up your apartment add to the holiday magic.
Jealous? Haha well I tried. This week has been work and work and work. It was hard to see our hard days we put in only bring 2 individuals to church. We were sure that from the 10 we had members pass before church to get, por lo menos 5 would be able to come. I guess that's something I'm never going to get used to on the mission. It's heartbreaking to have people accept the gospel but refuse to act and live it.
We are working hard, E. Graff and I have agreed that we're putting each day in to the max. It feels good to come home each night knowing we did our very best work.
